For Students

Undergraduate and graduate students can access a number of the technical resources and benefits available to professional TMS members by joining the Material Advantage student program (which is run jointly by TMS, the American Ceramic Society, ASM International, and the Association for Iron & Steel Technology) and/or the TMS Graduate Program. Outlined below are some of the programs that TMS offers for its student members, through the Material Advantage program and and the TMS Graduate Program.

Please note that all undergraduate and graduate students wishing to join TMS are eligible for Material Advantage membership. There is no individual TMS undergraduate student membership program however there is a TMS Graduate Program.
