Emerging Leaders Alliance Program

The Emerging Leaders Alliance (ELA) Program is a unique leadership development program for scientists and engineers. Early-career professionals on track for leadership roles or upper-level management positions in their organizations can strengthen their nontechnical skills in a setting that allows them to interact across disciplines and obtain foundational, executive-level knowledge, while weaving themes of social responsibility and environmental stewardship throughout the training curriculum.

The ELA is a multi-professional society initiative in which TMS and the TMS Foundation are partners.

Upcoming ELA Conference

Dates and location have not yet been finalized for the 2018 Emerging Leaders Alliance Conference. More information will be available in the spring. In the meantime, visit the ELA website for more information on this conference series.
